Aaron is a founding partner of Vilar & Green, LLC.  Aaron serves as President of the Alexandria Bar Association and is a member of the House of Delegates for the Louisiana Bar Association.  He has served the Alexandria Bar Association in a number of capacities since 2008:  Vice-President in 2015; Treasurer from 2012 through 2015; Member of the Board of Directors in 2011; Chair of the Young Lawyers Section in 2010 and Board Member of the Young Lawyers Section from 2008 through 2011.  Aaron is a former Judicial Clerk for Division "D" of the 9th Judicial District Court.  

Aaron frequently speaks on municipal law and civil services matters.

Aaron lives and works in Rapides Parish.  His wife, Lindsay, is an assistant principal in the Rapides Parish School System.
