Mark is a founding partner of Vilar & Green.
Mark has been the City Attorney for the City of Pineville since 2000. He has served on the Louisiana City Attorney’s Association Board of Directors the past four years and currently serves as President.
He has served on the Board of Directors of the Rapides Children Advocacy Center for ten years, was President for multiple terms and currently serves on the Board for Family Justice Center in Rapides Parish.


Aaron L. Green

Aaron is a founding partner of Vilar & Green, LLC. He also serves as President of the Alexandria Bar Association and on the House of Delegates for the Louisiana Bar Association.


Jerry W. Deason Jr.

Mr. Deason is originally from Natchitoches, Louisiana. He moved to the Alexandria area in 1990 when he began practicing law. His primary practice areas include civil defense, personal injury, and government law, as well as general litigation.


Loren M. Lampert

Mr. Lampert has been practicing law in Alexandria since 1998. He graduated from Louisiana State University at Alexandria with an A.S. in Business Management in 1991, and went on to Louisiana College to graduate with a B.S. in Criminal Justice in 1993.


R. Christopher Nevils

Mr. Nevils has been practicing law since 1995. He studied at Louisiana State University when he received his B.S. in 1991 and went on to receive his Jiris Doctorate in 1995. Paul Boudreaux, Jr.

Paul has practiced law in Central Louisiana since 1978 and in Alexandria since 1983.  He has been in the LaSalle Parish and Alexandria Bar Association, serving as President and Vice-President of the LaSalle Parish Bar and on the Executive Counsel of the Alexandria Bar.  Paul's practice focuses on wills and succession and civil litigation (both Plaintiff and Defense).
