Mark F. Vilar

Mr. Vilar was born in Church Point, Louisiana and moved to the Alexandria/Pineville area in 1980. In 1986, he received a Bachelor of Science from Louisiana State University, and was then employed for eight years in Alexandria in the banking and utilities industries. He received a Juris Doctor in 1998 at Louisiana State University, where he was elected executive vice president of the Student Bar Association and named as a Student to the Chancellor Search Committee.

Loren M. Lampert

Mr. Lampert has been practicing law in Alexandria since 1998. He graduated from Louisiana State University at Alexandria with an A.S. in Business Management in 1991, and went on to Louisiana College to graduate with a B.S. in Criminal Justice in 1993. He then attended Oklahoma City University where he received his J.D.- magna cum laude in 1996. Loren has served on the Board of Directors, LA District Attorney’s Association as well as Board of Directors Crimestoppers of Central Louisiana, and has been past president of the Assistant District Attorneys Section of the LDAA.
